Product Code Migration
For performance and support reasons, we are replacing several of our products with new versions designed to run only on Intel-based Mac's. We are also replacing the security engine on these products with a new, improved security engine which uses a different registration key format. This page allows you to submit an old registration key for replacement with a new one, suitable for use with these upgraded products.
To use this system, select the product you have upgraded from the drop-down selector box. Then, enter your existing registration key into the text field. The registration key should start with the 3 characters indicated in brackets. When complete, click the "Submit" button and a new registration key will be generated. Be sure to make a record of this replacement registration key for future use.
NOTE: Once you have recieved a new registration key through this system, your old registration key will be invalid, and you will
only be able to use the Intel-only version of the product with the new registration key. Do not upgrade your key if you are using your product on
a PowerPC-based Mac or if you are happy with your current version. There is no procedure to downgrade once this process has completed.
