Have you submitted the lion compatible version (V3.1.6) of X3 Terran Conflict to the Mac App Store yet?

Good question. I will find out. Thanks.

I was told that we’re still assessing games and haven’t submitted anything to the Mac App Store yet. Thanks.

    Hi there,

I’m having problems with a racing title for the Macintosh called “FlatOut 2″. When only partially into a level The audio completely cuts off? I’m running 10.7 with a fairly late iMac (mid-2010 edition). Under 10.6 I occasionally had the audio disappear, but nothing as bad as this! I really enjoy the game by the way I purchased this through the Apple Store.

Would you be able to tell me if you’re aware that this is a problem?

Under 10.6, the audio disappeared only if there was some other audio playing underneath the sound track of the game. But under 10.7 this audio consistently disappears.

I bought this game through the Apple Store

Any help would certainly be appreciated

    Thank you

    Malcolm.

      Hi Malcom:

The Lion updates for our games still need to be approved by Apple before they can become available at the Mac App Store, which is why your version lags behind the version we have available elsewhere. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about that, since Apple approves not only all apps but also all updates to apps.

I have just bought the Defense Grid through the Mac Store. The game hung when I switch my Macbook Pro to high performance mode (running OSX Lion). After searching the internet for solution and I found this site and was told that update for Lion is available. So, I downloaded the update and dragged it to replace the old one.

When I click the Defense Grid application again after the update, it asked me to key in the product key. Is there a place where I could find my product key? Will the receipt email to me later include the product key?

      Hi:

Sorry about the problem you’re having. Updates to Mac apps need to come through the Mac App Store. I’m not sure when the Lion update for Defense Grid will be available there. You should also open a ticket in our support area.

      Thanks.
